The Long Beach Soup Kitchen and Food Pantry is a not-for-profit, volunteer-based organization established in 1983 to feed hungry people in the Long Beach, NY area.

We need your help to reach our goals and mission. Our weekly and yearly operating expenses depend on your generosity and donations. You can make a one time contribution or set up recurring donations of any amount you choose.
LBSK needs the communities assistance in stocking our shelves with the following items for our guests.
Chicken Stock
Chef Boyardee
Canned Chicken
Canned Plain Tomato Sauce
Spam
Sardines
Black Beans
Kidney Beans
Chick Peas
Green Peas
Cut Carrots
Peas and Carrots
Canned Items
Additionally, we need:
Cereal Boxes, large & small
Jarred Pasta Sauce
Small Bottles of Vegetable Oil
Olive oil
Individual bags of cookies and chips
Non Food Items:
Large Dawn dish detergents
Earth-friendly paper towels
Toiletries (disposable razor, travel size shampoo & soap, deodorant, tampons, toothpaste & toothbrush)

LBSK has served over 20,400 meals annually and climbing.
The Long Beach Soup Kitchen distributes hot and cold meals to-go six days a week
Monday through Saturday from 11:15am until 12:45pm.
The Food Pantry is available on Mondays and Thursdays and includes fresh fruits, vegetables, breads, non-perishables and canned goods.
All are welcome. Anyone in need of a delicious meal is invited to join us.
